We are Welland & Glen Home Care, and we support people in their own homes across Spalding and the surrounding villages of Lincolnshire. Families tell us they want to know who is coming and when, so we keep our rota steady and we stay in touch if anything changes. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are glad of it, and we treat it as a floor rather than a ceiling.
