Communication comes before all of it. Not everyone we support uses speech, and learning how an individual shows what they want, and what they refuse, is the foundation of every other decision. We record what we learn so the whole team responds in the same way. We are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we are glad to talk through how we would support a particular person.
