Presious Healthcare is a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Lincoln and the surrounding parts of Lincolnshire. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those managing a mental health condition, people with a physical disability, and people living with a visual or hearing impairment. We also support younger adults. Our starting point is always the person rather than the package. We meet, we ask how they like their day to run, what they still want to manage themselves and where a hand would genuinely help, and we write that down in plain language so everyone involved knows what good support looks like. As needs change, and they usually do, we review and adjust rather than carry on regardless. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company, from a brief morning call to support across the whole day. We work hard on continuity. Sending the same small group of carers means people are not forever explaining themselves to someone new, and it means our staff notice when something has shifted. Carers are trained for the needs they will actually meet and are supervised properly, and families can always reach someone. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
