About Ambassador HomeCare
Ambassador HomeCare provides care and support to people in their own homes in Lincoln and across Lincolnshire. We are a home care agency, and our work is about making it realistic for people to stay where they want to be. We support older people who need help with the parts of the day that have become difficult, including getting up and washed, managing medication, preparing meals, shopping and keeping the house going. We support people living with dementia, and consistency is what we aim for above everything: the same small team of carers, visits at times that have become familiar, an unhurried pace, and staff who know a person well enough to notice when something has shifted. We also support people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss, adapting how we communicate and what equipment we use, and we support younger adults who want help arranged around their own lives. Plans are agreed with the person, written plainly, and reviewed when things change rather than months afterwards. We record what somebody would rather do for themselves as carefully as what they want help with. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are thinking about care at home for yourself or a relative, please contact us and we will be honest about what we can offer.
