About Thera East
We provide support at home around Grantham and the surrounding area for adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, including younger adults and older people. Consistency of staff matters a great deal in this work, particularly for autistic people, so we keep our teams as settled as we can and explain changes before they happen. Our staff are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and have senior colleagues they can reach. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall.
