Where we support people with mental ill health or with alcohol and drug problems, we work alongside community teams, GPs and social workers rather than in parallel with them, and we offer the same reliability without judgement that anybody else would expect. We keep rounds geographically tight so calls run to time and people see the same carers. Staff train before working alone and are supervised in the field. We are a newer team and have not yet had a full inspection of our own, which we would rather say plainly than have you find out later. Please ask us whatever you need to.
