We try to send the same carers to the same people week after week. It also means our team notice quickly when something has changed. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we prefer to say so plainly. Until we do, judge us on whether we arrive when we said, whether we stay the full time and whether we ring you rather than waiting to be chased.
