For those living with dementia, we keep the carers and the timings consistent, because a familiar face at a familiar hour prevents more confusion than anything else we can do. We put the agreed plan in writing so everybody knows where they stand, and we review it as circumstances change. Our carers are trained for the needs they will meet and are properly supervised, and families can reach somebody who knows the situation when they need to.
