Each of those asks something a little different from a carer, and we would rather adapt our approach than expect people to fit around ours. Care plans are agreed with the person they belong to, and with their family where they want that, and we review them as needs change. If a carer notices something during a visit that concerns them, it is reported the same day. We aim to send the same carers to the same households, because people should not have to explain their own routine over again to somebody new.
