We also support older adults who need help with the everyday things that have become harder, including personal care, medication, meals and getting about safely, and younger adults, whose weeks are usually built around work, study, family or plans of their own. We keep the team around each person as small and consistent as we can manage, because familiarity makes this kind of support workable.
