About Innovations24

Innovations24 provides support in people's own homes across Leicester and Leicestershire. We take on a wide range of needs, and each arrangement begins with a proper conversation about what the person wants their day to look like rather than with a standard package. For older people we help with personal care, medication, meals, housework, shopping and getting out and about, and we notice and raise the changes that are easy to overlook. For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers visiting, follow the routine the household already has and avoid moving things about in a home that is known by heart. We support adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, where the emphasis is on independence and on communicating in the way that suits the person, and adults with mental health needs, where reliability and respect do most of the good. We help people with a physical disability to move safely and manage at home. We also support people living with eating disorders, working alongside the health professionals involved and without judgement at mealtimes or afterwards. Younger adults are supported around their own commitments. Our staff are trained for the people they actually visit, and we keep teams as settled as the rota allows.
