About Actus Healthcare Ltc

Actus Healthcare provides support in people's own homes in Leicester and across Leicestershire. Our aim is to give people enough help to keep living where they want to live, delivered by carers they know and at the times they have agreed. We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, people whose sight or hearing is impaired and younger adults needing support to live independently. Where sight or hearing is impaired we keep belongings where they are expected, say who we are before we start and check we have been understood rather than assuming. Care begins with a home visit and an unhurried conversation about what would genuinely help.
