About 360 Community Care Midlands
We support adults in their own homes across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area, with particular experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions and people affected by sight or hearing loss. Our starting point is that people know their own lives. Our role is to make daily life workable, not to arrange it for someone. That might mean support with personal care, medicines, cooking and appointments, help to manage money or paperwork, or a reliable presence during the parts of the day that feel hardest. For people who are anxious or unwell, having the same familiar face arrive at the same time can matter more than anything else we do. We take communication seriously. Some people we support use few words, some need information given slowly and in writing, and some need us to notice a change in mood rather than wait to be told. Our staff are trained to work at the person's pace and to avoid the sort of well meant rushing that leaves people feeling overlooked. We keep close contact with families, support coordinators and health teams, and we raise concerns promptly rather than hoping they resolve themselves. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. If you are weighing up support for yourself or someone you care about, we are glad to talk it through with no obligation.
