The Care Quality Commission rated us requires improvement overall. We accepted the findings rather than arguing with them, and we have an improvement plan in place that we are working through, with closer checks on the areas raised. We would far rather tell you ourselves and show you what is changing. We keep teams around each person small so people are not meeting a stranger each week, our carers are trained for the needs they will actually meet, and families can always reach someone when they have a worry.
