About Bailey Court
Bailey Court provides care and support to people living in the Knowsley area of Liverpool, helping them to manage in their own homes with the right help at the right times. We work with older adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with loss of sight or hearing, and people living with mental health conditions. What we offer runs from short calls for prompting and safety checks through to several longer visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals and company. We agree it with the person first, and we revisit it when their situation changes rather than letting a plan quietly go out of date. Continuity is what we protect. A carer who knows somebody arrives as a familiar face rather than an intrusion, and notices quietly when things are not right. For people living with dementia, that familiarity combined with surroundings the person already understands does more good than anything else we could bring. For people with loss of sight or hearing we adapt how we communicate and how we announce ourselves at the door, because those small things decide whether a visit is reassuring or alarming. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please contact us to talk about support.
