About Oaks Care Holdings
We provide care at home in Sittingbourne and the surrounding part of Kent, supporting older people and younger adults who need a hand to manage in their own houses and flats. Our work is simple to describe. We send trained carers to people who need help at home, and we arrange that help around the person rather than around our own convenience.
