Safe
People said they felt safe with staff coming to support them. Inspectors found people were protected from abuse, harm and discrimination, and were supported by a team of regular staff they trusted. Risks to people were assessed, monitored and regularly reviewed, and staff followed the guidance to help people stay safe in their homes.
Effective
Inspectors found that people's physical, mental, emotional and social needs were assessed and monitored. This was to help people stay as healthy as possible. People were encouraged to be as independent as possible and were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
Caring
People told inspectors that staff were considerate and kind. They said they trusted the staff and valued their relationship with them.
Responsive
Inspectors found that people received care tailored to their specific requirements. When people's needs changed, records were updated straight away and staff were told. People knew how to complain and were given chances to give feedback. All the people inspectors spoke with said they had no complaints.
Well-led
All the people and staff inspectors spoke with felt the service was well managed. Regular checks and audits continued to be completed, and people were asked for feedback about the service. CQC said the service met the characteristics of Good in all areas.
