About Office
We provide care to people in their own homes across Gravesend and the surrounding parts of Kent. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, and people with a physical disability. Most people who contact us have reached a point where certain parts of the day have become hard work, but they are nowhere near wanting to leave home. That is exactly the gap we work in. We look at what has become difficult, agree what would genuinely shift it, and leave everything else alone. Nobody keeps their independence by having things done for them that they can still manage themselves. Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house and with shopping, and support to get out to appointments or into town. The pattern is agreed with the person, and with family where they want that, and we revisit it as circumstances change, because needs rarely hold still for long. We work hard to send the same carers to the same households. It matters for dignity, and it matters practically, because someone familiar notices a change days before a stranger would. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are happy to answer questions about recruitment, training, supervision and how we handle concerns. Please call us if you would like to talk things through.
