Safe
Inspectors found the registered manager completed risk assessments for each person about their health and well-being. Staff gave medicines safely and protected people from the risk of infection. The provider carried out background checks on staff before they started work and had a system to monitor accidents and incidents.
Responsive
Inspectors found people's care plans reflected their current needs. People knew how to make a complaint. The registered manager knew what to do if someone needed end of life care.
Well-led
Inspectors found systems to assess, monitor and improve the quality and safety of the service were in place. There was a clear management structure, and staff knew the roles of the management team. The last report, published 15 November 2019, found multiple breaches of regulation. At this visit inspectors found improvements had been made and the provider was no longer in breach of regulations.
