The plan goes in writing and is reviewed when needs change rather than quietly becoming out of date. Our carers are trained for the clients they visit, and consistency is a priority for us because a familiar carer makes support easier to accept. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are pleased with it and we would still rather hear directly from a client or a relative when something could be better.
