We support older people who need a hand to stay independent, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, and younger adults who need support to get on with their own lives. Those are different kinds of work, and we would rather plan each one individually after a proper conversation than hand anybody a standard package. We keep our teams small and consistent, because people should not have to explain themselves to somebody new each time the door goes. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating. Until we are, the fairest measure of us is what the people we support say, so we ask them and we act on it.
