We provide support at home and in supported living around Stevenage, working with adults with learning disabilities, autistic people, people with physical disabilities and younger adults. Where somebody also needs help with personal care, mobility or health appointments, we give it without taking over more of the task than is necessary. Keeping what a person can do for themselves matters as much as helping with the rest. Consistency of staff counts for a great deal, particularly for autistic people, so we keep our teams as settled as we can and explain changes before they happen.
