Eagles Wings24 Care supports people in their own homes in Stevenage and across Hertfordshire. We work with older people and people living with dementia, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, with younger adults, with people recovering from an eating disorder and with people affected by alcohol or drug misuse. That is a broad range of people, and it works because every package is planned individually. We visit first, talk it through with the person and anyone they want present, agree in plain language what help is needed and what the person wants to get from it, then review it as things change. Where someone has mental health needs or is recovering from an eating disorder, we agree in advance what a difficult period looks like for them and what they would like us to do, so that nobody is improvising at the worst moment. Where somebody is working on their relationship with alcohol or drugs, we support the plan they have chosen without lecturing them. Familiar staff make all of this possible, so we keep teams small and consistent and introduce new carers properly rather than sending strangers. The Care Quality Commission has not yet published an overall rating for us. We are registered with them and work to their standards. Please contact us and we will come and talk it through.
