About Total Living Care
Total Living Care provides care and support in people's own homes around Ross on Wye and the surrounding part of Herefordshire. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia. This is a rural patch and that shapes how we work. Distances between calls are real, and a carer running half an hour late is a genuine problem for somebody waiting to be helped out of bed. We plan our rotas around that and would rather cover a smaller area properly than a wider one badly. The support runs from short prompting calls to several longer visits a day covering personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, getting out and company. For a number of the people we visit, particularly those living alone in villages, we may be the only people they see all day, and we treat that as part of the work rather than as an extra. For people living with dementia we work with the routines already established at home, because the rooms are understood and the habits are in place. Our most recent rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss support.
