We are Abel Care and Support, a home care agency based in Leominster and working with people across the surrounding parts of Herefordshire. All of our care takes place in people's own homes, which is where most of us would choose to be supported if the choice were ours. Older people make up a good part of the work we do. That might mean a short morning call to help someone wash and dress and get a proper breakfast, or several visits through the day, or company for a few hours so that a family carer can go out and think about something else for a while.
