The same carers going to the same homes is what allows trust to build, particularly where somebody has been let down by support before, and it is how our staff notice when a person is not themselves. We work alongside GPs, community teams, social workers and specialist support rather than in parallel with them, and we raise concerns early rather than waiting to be asked.
