About Network Healthcare
We are Network Healthcare Harrow, a home care agency based in Edgware. We support older people and younger adults in their own homes, including people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing a mental health condition, and people with a physical disability. Home care only works when it is built around the person rather than around our convenience, so we begin by asking what a normal day looks like and where it has become difficult. The visits follow from that, and because circumstances change we review the arrangement instead of letting an old plan run on past its usefulness. We put particular effort into continuity of carers. It is harder to roster and it improves care more than anything else, especially for someone with dementia or anyone who needs time before they will trust a new face. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We would rather set that out plainly than leave a family to come across it elsewhere. We know what the inspection identified, work is in hand on it, and we are willing to discuss it openly with anyone considering support from us.
