The plan is written down and reviewed when needs change. We keep the same small team around each client wherever we can, and our carers are trained for the particular needs of the people they visit. We do not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We are regulated by them and are building the care planning, training and oversight that a good rating requires.
