- Visited 24 August 2023, an inspection looking at part of the service.
Safe
Inspectors found there were enough competent staff to give people the support they needed. The provider took prompt action after the site visit to make sure all staff recruitment information was available. Risks to people had been assessed. People were protected from the risk of abuse and infection, and received their medicines safely.
Responsive
Inspectors found that some people felt communication and the timing of some calls could be improved. The registered manager was aware and action was being taken.
Well-led
Inspectors found that processes were in place to monitor calls from day to day and to audit parts of the service. The registered manager was experienced and understood and managed risks to people's care. The provider's purchase of 2 more agencies that year had created challenges as people and staff adjusted. The views of people and staff were sought in various ways.
