About SeeAbility Support Service
Here at SeeAbility Hampshire Support, we provide home care across Southampton and the wider Hampshire area, supporting people to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes. Our team works with a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults, and individuals with learning disabilities or autism. We also support people living with mental health conditions, as well as those experiencing visual or hearing impairment. We understand that no two people are the same, and we take the time to get to know each person we support, building care around their individual needs, routines, and preferences rather than the other way around. We know that inviting someone into your home takes trust, and we do not take that lightly. Whether we are supporting someone with daily tasks, personal care, or simply being a consistent and reliable presence, we aim to show up in a way that genuinely makes a difference to everyday life. For many of the people we support, having the right help at home means they can remain connected to their community, maintain their independence, and hold on to the things that matter most to them. We are part of SeeAbility, a national organisation with a long history of supporting people with sight loss and complex needs, and that expertise shapes how we approach our work in Hampshire. We are particularly conscious of the barriers that sensory impairment can create, and we work to make sure our support is accessible and responsive to those experiences. We are always happy to have a conversation with individuals, families, or professionals who want to find out more about how we might be able to help. Please do get in touch and we can talk through what support might look like for you or the person you care about.
