About Burleys Home Care

Burleys Home Care provides home care to adults in Ringwood and the surrounding part of Hampshire. Our starting point is that the person is at home and intends to stay there, so our work has to fit the household rather than reorganise it. Two things matter most to the people we support. The first is knowing who is coming and roughly when, so we keep the team around each person small and tell you promptly when it has to change. The second is being treated as an adult in your own home, which sounds obvious but is easily lost in a busy visit, so we ask before we act and we do not do for people what they would rather do themselves. We treat that as something to keep earning, and we ask the people we support and their families whether we are getting the ordinary things right.
