About Sorted Healthcare
We are Sorted Healthcare Hampshire, a home care agency supporting people in Fleet and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. All of our work happens in people's own homes, which is where most people want to stay and where the routines and surroundings that keep somebody settled already exist. We aim to fill the gaps that have opened up without taking over the parts of life a person still manages perfectly well. We support older people, including those living with dementia, where a steady routine and a familiar face at the door do more good than almost anything else. We support people living with mental ill health, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we work and how we communicate to suit the individual. We also support younger adults, where the aim is usually practical help that makes work, study and ordinary plans possible. Support can be a short call each morning to help with personal care and medication, several visits through the day, help with meals, shopping and the house, or longer periods of company that give a family carer a break. We agree the detail with the person at the start, write it down plainly and revisit it when things change. We keep the team around each person small so that continuity is real rather than a promise. If you are looking into care at home in the Fleet area, we would be glad to visit and talk it through with you honestly.
