About Complete Care@Home
Complete Care at Home supports people in their own homes in Fleet and across north east Hampshire. We visit older people, adults living with dementia, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, those with sight or hearing loss and younger adults. We start with a proper conversation rather than a form. What can somebody still manage, what has become difficult, what would they like their week to contain, and what would they rather we did not interfere with. Those answers become the plan, written plainly, agreed with the person and revisited when life changes rather than left to go stale. Calls run from a short morning visit through to several longer ones a day. We help with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping, laundry and housework, and getting out to appointments or to see people, and we make sure there is time for a real conversation rather than a rushed exchange at the door. We keep rounds local so carers are not racing between calls and people see a small familiar team, and we give notice when a regular carer is away. Staff train before working alone and are supervised in people's homes once they do. We are a newer team and have not yet had a full inspection of our own, which we would rather state plainly than have you discover it. Please ask us whatever you need to before deciding.
