About Vine Social Care
Vine Social Care provides care and support to people in their own homes in Farnborough and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, and people managing mental health conditions. Our approach is to ask first and plan second. Before anything is agreed we visit, talk to the person and, where they want it, their family, and work out what help would actually make a difference. Support planned any other way tends to fit the agency rather than the household. The help itself might include personal care, prompting and support with medication, preparing meals and drinks, shopping, laundry and housework, or support to get out to appointments, work or education. For some of the people we support, the most valuable thing we provide is a reliable presence while confidence is being rebuilt. We keep the same carers going to the same people wherever the rota allows. Our staff are trained for the needs they support, supervised properly, and encouraged to raise concerns early, since they are often the first to notice that somebody is unwell or struggling. If you are considering support at home in this area, please get in touch and we will talk it through with you.
