We are Green Care Health Solutions, a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Fareham and the surrounding parts of Hampshire. Our work is built around a simple idea, which is that most people would rather stay where they are, among familiar rooms and familiar routines, than move somewhere new. We help make that possible. The support we offer ranges from a short visit to help someone start the day well, through to more involved assistance for those who need us several times a day. We work with older people and with younger adults, and we adjust what we do as needs change rather than asking anyone to fit a fixed package. Before we begin, we sit down with the person we will be supporting and, where they wish, with their family, to agree what matters most and how they would like things done.
