About Auckland Care
We are Auckland Care in Hampshire, based in Fareham, and we provide care and support in people's own homes across the area. We support older people, adults with learning disabilities and autistic people, adults living with mental ill health, and younger adults. Every arrangement begins with a conversation in the person's own home. How does the day run now? What has become difficult? Alongside that, the things we work hardest at are the ones people actually notice: consistent staff, arriving when we said we would, and telling families promptly when something has to change.
