We are Right at Home in Mid Hampshire, supporting people across the Eastleigh area in their own homes. We plan support around the life somebody already has rather than around a standard package, and we keep the same carers visiting the same people wherever we can. We support older people with the everyday tasks that have become harder, and people living with dementia, where a familiar face and an unhurried pace achieve more than anything written down.
