Our starting point is a proper conversation about what the person wants changed and what they would rather we left alone. Plans are agreed rather than issued, and we revisit them when circumstances shift. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission, and we would rather state that openly. Until then we are happy to be asked how we recruit and train, and to be judged on what the people we already support say about us.
