For people living with dementia we work hard at consistency, sending familiar carers at familiar times and following the routines already in place rather than tidying them up. We also see ourselves as support for the whole household, because relatives doing most of the caring often need somebody straightforward to talk to. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission. Please ask us openly about our staffing and training.
