About The Care Net

The Care Net provides care and support in people's own homes in Lechlade and the surrounding parts of Gloucestershire. Our purpose is to make home a place where somebody can be properly looked after, so that staying put remains a real option. The people we support have a wide range of needs. Older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals and staying safe at home. People living with dementia, where familiarity and an unhurried manner do more good than anything else. Adults with a learning disability or autism, where the point is to build confidence and skills at the person's own pace. People living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and early recognition of changes count for most. People with physical disabilities, and people with a visual or hearing impairment, where we adapt how we assist and how we communicate so that nobody is spoken about rather than spoken to. We support younger adults too, whose care is planned around work, study, family and independence. We keep the group of workers visiting each person as small and consistent as we can manage. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch and ask us anything you need to know.
