About Starline Care
Starline Care provides support in people's own homes in Gloucester and across Gloucestershire. Our aim is to give people enough help to carry on living where they want to live, with support that arrives when it should. We visit older people needing a hand with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar carers and a predictable routine matter more than almost anything else. We also support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and younger adults needing support to live independently. That range means briefing carers properly before they start with somebody new. Arriving prepared, knowing how a particular person likes things done and what they would rather manage alone, is what separates support that helps from support that gets in the way. Care starts with a home visit and an unhurried conversation about what would genuinely help. We write the plan around the routine that already exists rather than imposing a new one, and we revisit it as circumstances change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are considering support at home in Gloucestershire, please ring us.
