We are Nurseline, and we provide support to adults in their own homes in Gloucester and across Gloucestershire. We work with people whose needs are often complex, and we build each package around the individual rather than fitting them into something we already run. We support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, and adults recovering from eating disorders, working closely with the clinical teams involved in their care. We also support older people who need help to stay at home, and many younger adults who are building the skills and confidence to run a household of their own. What that looks like in practice varies a great deal.
