Where somebody is managing a mental health condition, an eating disorder or a problem with alcohol or drugs, we offer reliability without judgement and work alongside the specialist teams involved rather than around them. Working in a rural county, we build rounds geographically so calls arrive when they should and people see familiar faces. We are a newer team and have not yet had a full inspection of our own.
