About Pol Community Care
At Pol Community Care, we support people across Liskeard and the wider Cornwall area to live well in their own homes, on their own terms. We know how much it matters to stay in a familiar place, surrounded by the things and people you love, and our role is to make that possible for as many people as we can. We work with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults who need a bit of extra support day to day.
