Others need support several times a day. We keep the team around each person small, because a familiar carer at a predictable hour is worth far more than an efficient rota, and because familiar carers notice when something has changed. Our staff are trained for the needs they will actually meet, including dementia support. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission.
