About Right at Home South Cheshire
We are Right at Home South Cheshire, and we provide care and support to people in their own homes in Nantwich and across south Cheshire. We work in longer visits rather than brief calls, because good care at home needs enough time in it to do the job properly and still sit down for a conversation. Much of what we do is practical help for older people: getting up and dressed, bathing, medication, cooking a proper meal, the shopping and the laundry, and getting out to appointments or into town. We support people living with dementia, where continuity is everything, so we work hard to keep the same familiar care workers visiting the same households. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and clear that it has to be earned again every week.
