About Blueberry Care
Blueberry Care provides support to people in their own homes in Middlewich and the surrounding parts of Cheshire East. Home care works best when it fits quietly into somebody's life rather than taking it over, and that is what we aim for. We support older people who need a hand with daily routines, and adults with learning disabilities and autism who want help to live independently on their own terms. We support people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and people with sight or hearing loss, adapting how we communicate so that everything about someone's care is discussed with them and not around them. What that looks like in practice varies. It might be help with personal care, support with medication, meals and shopping, or assistance to get out to appointments, work, college or the places somebody simply likes going. For some people the most valuable part of the visit is having somebody reliable who notices when things are not quite right. We keep our carer teams small around each person, so you are not explaining yourself from scratch every visit. We agree times that suit you, and we tell you honestly if we cannot cover something. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are weighing up options for yourself or a relative, please get in touch and we will talk it through properly.
