About Cera Cheshire
We provide care at home across Crewe and this part of Cheshire, supporting people who want to stay living in their own houses. Care at home works when it is genuinely built around the person, so we begin with a conversation about how somebody lives, what they still want to do and where the difficulties actually are. We support older people, including those living with dementia, and we place a great deal of weight on continuity, because a carer who already knows someone can settle a day that a stranger would unsettle. We work with adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, and with younger adults who want to live independently with support in the right places. We also support people living with mental health needs, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we communicate and how we work so that support fits properly. A carer who knows somebody well also notices when something has changed, and raising that early often prevents a far bigger problem later. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We treat it as a starting point and keep asking the people we visit and their families what could be better. If you would like to discuss care at home, please get in touch.
