About Scope Care Services
We are Scope Care, supporting adults in their own homes in Aylesbury and across Buckinghamshire. The range of people we work with is wide. Older people and people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities or autism, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities or a visual or hearing impairment, younger adults, people managing an eating disorder, and people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug misuse. Those are genuinely different kinds of support and we would rather acknowledge that than claim one approach fits them all. What they share is that the plan is built with the person rather than handed over to them. In practice our visits might cover personal care, support with medication, meals, help around the house, getting out, and company. Some people need a brief daily call and others need us several times a day. Continuity matters more than almost anything else in this work, particularly where trust has taken a while to establish, so we try to keep the same small group of workers going to the same person. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch if you would like to talk.
