About Nurses Alliance
Nurses Alliance is a home care agency supporting people in their own homes across Aylesbury and the surrounding parts of Buckinghamshire. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, those with a physical disability, and younger adults who need support to live independently. Every arrangement starts with a proper conversation. We want to understand how someone likes their day to run, what they still want to do for themselves and where a hand would genuinely help, and we set that out in a written plan in plain language so that everyone involved knows what good support looks like. Needs change, often gradually, so we review regularly and adjust. Visits can cover personal care, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping, appointments and company. Where needs are more involved we plan carefully, make sure our carers are trained for the specific tasks in front of them, and work alongside district nurses, therapists and other professionals so that everyone is pulling in the same direction. We keep the team around each person small, because people should not have to explain themselves afresh every week, and we make sure families can always reach someone. We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We are open about that and glad to talk you through how we recruit, train and supervise our staff. Please get in touch.
